Vote 4 Tammy Manning for Probate Court No. 4 on November 2, 2010

Unless you've had an experience that involved a Probate court, you've probably not given much thought about the character or integrity of the judge sitting on the bench. Now is the time to think about it.

Probate courts potentially affect all of our lives. Most everyone has to pass through the doors of a probate court one day, whether it is to probate a will, to identify the heirs of a loved one dying without a will, to assist a disabled family member, or to ask a judge or jury to settle a dispute.

Tammy Manning's name may be on the ballot for November 2010, but this campaign is not hers alone.  Join her in her commitment to provide equal justice for everyone, regardless of race, religion, class, or political party and become a contributor.

If you elect Tammy Manning, you will be treated with courtesy, respect, and most of all, fairness. The lawyer representing you, or the political party you choose to support, will not play a determining role in Tammy Manning's courtroom.

Fairness.  Common Sense.  Experience.

On the road to victory in November:

Tammy Manning received an 86%, “Well Qualified/Qualified” rating in the Houston Bar Association’s 2010 Judicial Qualification Questionnaire.  Believing that informed voters are “vital to the efficient administration of justice,” the Houston Bar conducts judicial polls every election year.  The Houston Bar Association (HBA) asks its members to rate candidates as qualified, well qualified or not qualified. Tammy’s poll results reflect her 20+ years of dedicated work in probate law and the professional respect she has earned from her peers. The Judicial Candidate Qualification Questionnaire is not an endorsement by the Houston Bar Association.  Click here to see the results of the poll.
